Structural Welder

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Structural Welder to join our team. The Structural Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating structural components and assemblies according to specifications, ensuring high-quality and durable results. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural welding, a strong understanding of welding techniques, and a commitment to safety and precision

Responsibilities

• • Calibrate welding tools and equipment according to the parameters listed in the welding procedure specification (WPS)

• • Analyze blueprints and structural drawings to layout the framework of a structure

• • Secure and fasten structural components using clamps, braces, jacks, and bolt straps

• • Carry out post-welding treatment of structures by cleaning, buffing, and polishing finished workpieces

• • Inspect and evaluate welds to ensure they are free of defect and conform to set specifications

• • Employ appropriate welding methods in completing structural fabrications

• • Utilize manual and mechanical processes to weld in various positions

Requirements

• • +2 years experience

• • Must be Welder Certified

• • Legally authorized to work in the USA.
