Painters

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint or finishes to various projects, ensuring high-quality and durable results. The ideal candidate will have hands-on painting experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.

Responsibilities 

• • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.

• • Repair any imperfections or damage on surfaces before painting.

• • Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

• • Ensure even application and coverage, achieving a smooth and professional finish.

• • Mix paint and other finishing materials according to specifications.

• • Manage and maintain painting supplies and equipment, including brushes, rollers, and spray guns.

• • Inspect finished surfaces for quality and consistency, making touch-ups or adjustments as necessary.

• • Ensure that work is completed to a high standard and meets project specifications.

• • Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.

• • Adhere to environmental regulations and guidelines for handling and disposing of painting materials.

• • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about project progress and any issues encountered.

• • Coordinate with other trades or teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

Skills

• • Proven experience in painting and finishing various surfaces.

• • Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.

• • Ability to mix and match colors accurately and apply paint evenly.

• • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• • Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.

Requirements:

• • +2 years experience

• • Legally authorized to work in the USA.

• • Able to pass Drug and Alcohol Test.
