We are seeking an organized and proactive Workshop Controller to join our team. The Workshop Controller will oversee and coordinate daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality work, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in managing workshop activities.

Responsibilities 

    • Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

    • Coordinate and schedule work orders, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource utilization.

    • Supervise workshop staff, including mechanics, technicians, and assistants, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

    • Organize and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and materials.

    • Monitor the quality of work performed in the workshop, ensuring that all repairs and services meet company standards and customer expectations.

    • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to work quality or customer complaints.

    • Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment usage.

    • Prepare reports on workshop performance, including productivity, efficiency, and financial metrics.

    • Ensure that all workshop activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

    • Promote a safe working environment by enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of tools and materials.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance workshop operations.

    • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the workshop remains competitive and efficient.

Skills

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Proficiency in workshop management software and tools.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

    • +2 years experience

    • Legally authorized to work in the USA.

    • Able to pass Drug and Alcohol Test.
